The program I offer is built on the pillars of intuitive eating, designed to help you rediscover your ability to eat without rules. In this programme, I will cover all the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating with exercises, teach you how to listen and respect your body signs and give you the right tools to reclaim your food freedom for life. I will coach you to change your thoughts and behaviours and empower you to trust in yourself to choose what works best for you.

This is NOT a weight loss program with restrictive meal plan to follow. It is based on the Intuitive Eating approach, which is not weight centered and promotes body neutrality. However, if you apply the concepts taught, respect your hunger and satiety, you may reduce your body measurements and lose weight in a sustainable way over time.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MY SUPPORT
QUESTIONING
Be open to question and challenge your thoughts. We will work together to figure out your thought patterns and how they affect your eating behaviour. Only then we can change. Curiosity is key in this process.
ACCOUNTABILITY
With weekly or fortnightly sessions and email support in between them, you won't find yourself lost and unattended. Whatever you need, give me a shout and I will reach out to you.

EXPERT GUIDANCE
You will be driven throughout your journey by an expert who uses science and practical experience to support you with a gentle but realistic approach. Let's clear the nutrition myths and make it easy for you.
NO DIETS
You will have permission to eat all foods that truly satisfy you. You will learn and understand how to eat in order to nourish your body and mind. No more restriction and feeling deprived.
SELF ACCEPTANCE
There is no happiness waiting for you when you get thinner, this is bullshit. You will learn to accept your body here and now, because it makes wonderful things for you, no matter its size.

COMPASSION
There will be no judgment during the sessions. I will teach you how to stop with the self-criticism and have more understanding about your life. Let's change for love, not for fear.
