SERVICES The purpose of nutritional counselling and coaching is to support client to improve their overall well-being through nutritional education, behavioural and habit changes. The Nutritionist and Health Coach, Nina Fava, does not diagnose diseases, disorders or conditions. The Nutritionist and Health Coach, Nina Fava, is not a licensed Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor or Medical Physician. As part of the nutritional services, the client may be asked to provide information concerning medical history, physical activity habits, moods, energy levels, likes and dislikes, lifestyle and eating habits. This information is collected to enable the Nutritionist and Health Coach to assess the client’s situation and recommend changes when needed. The Nutritionist and Health Coach, Nina Fava will hold this information in confidence and will not release or disclose this information to any other person, without the client prior consent, except as required by applicable law. In providing nutrition counselling and coaching services to the client, the Nutritionist and Health Coach, Nina Fava, is relying upon the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all information the client has provided. Any recommendations the client follows for changes in their habits are entirely their responsibility. The professional, Nina Fava, maintains the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the UK Health Coaches Association. Nina Fava is in no way liable for the client’s health or safety. When working together, the client understands and agree to the following: all services are based on the Intuitive Eating framework. No diet or meal plans will be provided. Intuitive Eating is not a weight centric approach, and so, none of the services will be about weight loss. Recording sessions using any form of electronic media is not allowed without the written permission of both parts. All the information shared during this professional relationship is confidential and to the best of knowledge, true and correct. Any services taken at Nina Fava Nutrition are undertaken of the clients’ free will. They accept that the ultimate responsibility for their health care is their own and that Nina Fava Nutrition is here to support me in this. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY Cancellation: aliMente program: cancellations are not allowed. If, for external reasons, you cannot attend to your appointment, I will endeavour to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient new time. Please make your request 48 hours in advance. No-shows will not be rescheduled. Other services: 48 hours is required for cancelling or rescheduling individual sessions. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be billed at 50%. Group Sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Refund: By law, any online purchase can be refunded if asked so in 14 days. However, if the service bought starts within these 14 days, the refund policy below applies: To get a full refund, the request must be done with more than 7 days of the service day. If the request is made within 7 days of the service day, a fee of 50% will be applied. To request a refund, a written notice should be sent to info@ninafava.com
