This project began with a deep desire to help women live differently. For so many, dieting is ingrained in the female experience, often starting in childhood or adolescence. It's a common scenario: a group of women discussing beauty, body image, and self-esteem, inevitably followed by talk of the latest diet trend. I often heard the phrase, "It's not for beauty, it's for health," yet women are often compromising their health by trying to conform to a disguised and ever-shifting standard of beauty.
The culprit? Diet Culture. This powerful system of beliefs values a thin body at any cost. It perpetuates misconceptions about food and constantly shifts aesthetic ideals, ensuring they remain unattainable for most women. The quest for the "perfect" body becomes a never-ending cycle, with the billion-dollar diet industry as the only true winner.
I believe every woman deserves the freedom to trust her inner wisdom,
eat without external rules, and respect their body.
My approach focuses on building healthy, sustainable habits that nurture both body and mind. True well-being isn’t about a number on the scale; it’s about understanding and honouring your body’s needs, finding balance, and prioritizing behaviors that promote long-term physical and emotional health. This empowers you to trust your body’s wisdom, heal your relationship with food, and develop a deeper sense of self-worth.
Health goes beyond the scale, focusing on how we feel, how we move, and how we nourish ourselves. The goal isn’t to shrink your body, but to embrace it as it is and honour it for all that it allows you to do. Shifting our focus from weight to well-being unlocks joy, freedom, and self-love.
Often, the desire to lose weight is deeply intertwined with our relationship with food. To truly find peace with eating, it's often necessary to put that desire on the back burner, at least temporarily. This isn't about giving up on health or well-being; it's about shifting our focus from the scale to what truly matters: how we feel, both physically and emotionally. Weight is not the measure of your self-worth. Our bodies are here to serve us, to experience life fully — not to conform to a specific size. By releasing the pressure to change our bodies, we create space for true healing and self-acceptance to emerge.
The aliMente Programme is the heart of the this project. Combining qualified nutritional counselling, the intuitive eating approach, and coaching techniques, this 12-week journey is designed to help you:

aliMente helps you escape the toxic diet mentality and build habits that last for life. I guide you to change the way you think about food and your body, so you never need another diet. This means freedom from constant food rules, guilt, and shame, and learning to nourish yourself in a way that’s truly aligned with your body’s needs and desires.
Be open to question and challenge your thoughts. We will work together to figure out your thought patterns and how they affect your eating behaviour. Only then we can change.
With weekly or fortnightly sessions and email support in between them, you won't find yourself lost and unattended. Whatever you need, give me a shout and I will reach out to you.
You will be driven throughout your journey by an expert who uses science and practical experience to support you with a gentle but realistic approach. Let's clear the nutrition myths and make it easy for you.
You will have permission to eat all foods that truly satisfy you. You will learn and understand how to eat in order to nourish your body and mind. No more restriction and feeling deprived.
There is no happiness waiting for you when you get thinner, this is bullshit. You will learn to accept your body here and now, because it makes wonderful things for you, no matter its size.
There will be no judgment during the sessions. I will teach you how to stop with the self-criticism and have more understanding about your life. Let's change for love, not for fear.
