How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom, a convenient and secure video conferencing platform. This allows us to connect face-to-face from anywhere in the world, creating a supportive and personalised experience. You'll receive a link to join our sessions, making it easy to connect from your computer or mobile device.
How much time commitment is required?
Each coaching session is approximately 50 minutes. In addition to our calls, you'll also benefit from working through the personalized materials and exercises provided. The time commitment for these activities can vary slightly depending on your individual needs and progress, but most clients find that dedicating [Number] to [Number] hours per week is sufficient to make meaningful progress. We'll work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle.
What if I have to miss a session?
We understand that life happens! We'll do our best to reschedule missed sessions whenever possible. We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a call. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the most of our time together. Any calls cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
What kind of support do I receive between sessions?
You'll have access to me via email between sessions. I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, ensuring you have ongoing support and can ask questions as they arise. You'll also have access to a library of support materials, including recipe books, guides, workbooks, checklists, etc. This combination of personalised email support and readily available resources empowers you to stay on track and make consistent progress toward your goals.
What is the investment for the aliMente Programme?

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options to make the programme accessible. You can choose to pay in full upfront and receive a 15% discount, or opt for four convenient monthly instalments. The first instalment is due before your first coaching session, and the remaining instalments will be automatically processed monthly. Contact us to discuss which payment option works best for you.

Will I lose weight on this programme?
aliMente is not a weight-loss programme. Our focus is on helping you develop a healthy relationship with food and your body, regardless of what the scale says. Many clients find that as they heal their relationship with food and adopt healthier habits, their weight may naturally stabilise or they may experience changes. However, weight loss is not the primary goal or guarantee of this programme. We prioritise your overall well-being over a specific number on the scale.
What if I want to lose weight?
We understand that weight loss may be a concern or desire for some. In aliMente, we address the root causes of your eating habits and empower you to make sustainable changes. As you develop a healthier relationship with food and your body, you may find that your body finds its natural set point. However, we do not promote weight loss. Our focus remains on your overall health and well-being.
